Weekend lunches

Because I love to eat, the first post will be about food!
Yes, I'm aware of the lame (although slightly amusing) titles for my creations.

Just a note about my recipes- I rarely measure. Usually I think of combinations of things I think will taste good, or throw together what is around. I will end up with something amazing and have no idea how I got there. BUT I will now try to remember/ write down what I do so that you can make the same thing.

"Branch" Dressing
... resembles Ranch dressing
(adjust tahini, lemon, and flax amounts depending upon the consistency you prefer)
1 tablespoon of tahini, a plop
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. (or so) flax oil
salt
black pepper
*2 chopped peruvian black olives (optional)
MIX

Curry dressing: add 1/4+ tsp of curry and some agave [this is the dressing some of your heard about]
Mustard dressing: I haven't tried this yet, but add 1/4+ tsp mustard powder!!!

A lot of times I add garlic: I smash 2 cloves, mice it and mush it with some salt (a very technical process that takes a lot of practice). Did I mention my posts will include occasional sarcasm?

"Faux"-tato Salad
Mix the the dressing from above in the bottom of the bowl
ADD
red onion
3-4 stalks of celery
1-2 avos cubed
*dash of paprika (optional)
MIX
EAT

and ENJOY because it's simply amazing!
